Theo Shure is a staff UX researcher at Squarespace, where she leads research initiatives across a range of commerce tools. As part of the UX Research team, Theo regularly speaks with customers to ensure Squarespace delivers solutions that address real-world needs, wants, and pain points for businesses.

Sydney Ward is the founder of Little Treblemakers (LTM), a music education program for children and young adults in Atlanta, Georgia. She’s been a Squarespace customer since 2019, growing from a simple website to a full-scale business. When she’s not busy managing LTM you can find her playing in her band Sleeper's Club.

Nora is a senior director of product at Squarespace, where she leads the Client Engagement Group responsible for CRM, Campaigns, Automations, and Invoicing. She focuses on building reliable, well-designed tools that help sellers manage and grow their businesses with confidence.

Parker joined Squarespace as a Customer Support agent, assisting customers with all topics and products. He had a particular interest in helping others with their site design, understanding SEO, and making the most of Squarespace’s marketing tools. In 2022, he joined the Community team, and has helped create a library of webinars and organize live virtual events. Parker specializes in helping others get started with Squarespace and building an audience through SEO and other marketing tools.
